Gill's Driving School ADR CourseGill’s Driving School provide basic and refresher training, at various locations throughout Ireland all year, for persons transporting dangerous goods or hazardous chemicals by road.

  • Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) Course; Transport Manager Road Haulage and Bus Passenger
  • Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) Course

Courses are approved by the Health and Safety Authority. Course dates and exam dates are constantly updated.

Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) Course

For persons wishing to run their own haulage or passenger business, or those who wish to qualify as Transport Managers, we conduct the Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) Course three to four times annually, in the midlands area, to correspond with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport exam dates.

Gill’s Driving School have been providing ADR and CPC Courses since 1997. Following completion of the ADR Course (and a minimum of a 2 week interval), you will be examined by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

 

ADR Packages (3 Day Course)

ADR Tanker Specialisation (2 Day Course)

Drivers transporting hazerdous substances/dangerous goods in packages, drums, etc. are required to attend a 3 day Initial Basics (Packages) Course before sitting the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) exam.Drivers transporting hazardous substances in tankers/tank containers are required to attend both the 3 day Initial Basics (Packages) Course AND the 2 Day Tanker Specialisation Course (5 days in total) before sitting the CILT exams for packages and tankers.
